Farm Wedding PackagePackage Price of $4,350 (3 payments of $1,450 plus KY sales tax) includes:
-Two and half days for your event needs, relaxation, and time for your rehearsal -Heated and air-conditioned barn -250 chairs with 10 of the rectangular banquet tables and 30 round tables -Portable bar and barrel bars -Restrooms and closet area -Commercial kitchen with double oven, microwave, two refrigerators, freezer, coffee pots, utensils -Kitchen and bathroom stocked -Lighted outdoor gazebo -Outdoor wedding area with pergola -Large parking lot and field parking -Golf cart as shuttle for wedding party and guests -Glam shack with full kitchen and bathroom -Date flexibility -Availability of the farm for engagement and wedding pictures Optional services (+ sales tax): -Wagon ride with tractor $125/hr -Wagon ride with Belgium horses $250/hr -Placement of round bales of hay, pending weather conditions and surplus $75/bale (i.e. can be arranged into a tiered wedding cake, etc.) -Set up and tear down of all tables and chairs in barn before and after your event $1,500 -Clean up after your event $1,500 -Set up, tear down, and cleaning package $2,750 -Additional days prior in addition to your contracted days $1,500 |
A 10% discount applies for members of the military and first responders. For anyone, a 10% discount will be applied if paid in full at time of contract. Prices are subject to change and will be finalized with a signed contract. Pricing is subject to Kentucky retail sales tax.
